The panel is foiled, reinforced and one side is soldered. Tomorrow I'll finish soldering, clean and polish both sides and get it up off the work table. After that, one more to go!We've also started planning the installation. We ordered 500' of 1/2"x3/4" wood stops. Those will need to be painted to match the existing window trim. We'll also need some neoprene blocks (think shims) to secure the windows.
